FHP were delighted to represent the landlord investor in the lettings of 31 High Street and 32A Sheaf Street, representing further letting successes for FHP in the town.
Karpet Kingdom have taken a new 5 year lease of 31 High Street and Zest Hearing Care Limited have also taken a new 5 year lease at 32A Sheaf Street.
Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, commented
‘’With Daventry’s population set to increase significantly over the next decade through new housing development and the local government investment into the town centre, particularly with the Mulberry Place Leisure Complex, Daventry Town Centre has a very bright future ahead of it and the two most recent lettings concluded, both of whom are new entrants to the town, are a testament to this. I would like to wish Chris and Dean and the rest of the team at Karpet Kingdom all the very best, and the same to Aphra at Zest Hearing Care as she starts her new venture.’’
