Chris Proctor and Thomas Szymkiw of FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce on behalf of the landlord Abbeyfield Investments, that a warehouse of 39,986ft² has been let to Pivotal Impartment Limited and the front office of 3,483ft² has been let to Kingfisher Professional Services Limited. This brings the site to full occupancy alongside existing office tenants Kier.
