Acting on behalf of the private landlord, Devon Air Ambulance have agreed a new 10-year lease on 60 Boutport Street, Barnstaple.
Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, commented:
“We were delighted to act on behalf of the private landlord of this former Poundworld store. Extending to nearly 7,000ft² over two floors, this is a substantial letting and we were delighted to secure Devon Air Ambulance Trust for a term of 10 years. We would like to wish all at Devon Air Ambulance the very best with their new premises.”
