Construction has commenced at Dove Way, Uttoxeter, a new industrial/logistics site developed by PMW Property. Dove Way comprises two new industrial/logistics units comprising 37,000ft² and 113,000ft².

Dove Way is situated just off the A50, Uttoxeter between Burton on Trent and Stoke on Trent. The M6 (J16) is within 20 miles and the M1 (J24) is within 26 miles.

Each unit will benefit from an excellent specification including a glazed entranceway, 15% roof lights, floor slab load 50Kn/m², concrete delivery yard, 10/12 metre eaves and a mix of level and dock level loading doors. The developer is targeting a BREEAM assessment of Excellent.

The units will be available for occupation later this year and are available to purchase or lease.
