Wingfield View Business Park is a new industrial estate in Clay Cross, Derbyshire. It comprises 19 industrial/warehouse units totalling just over 60,000ft². The business park is being built by Roe Developments who have completed several projects in Clay Cross to date.
The development benefits from good connectivity and is easily accessed via the A6175 dual carriageway, linking to Junction 29 of the M1 motorway within a 10-minute drive. The industrial/warehouse units range in size from 2,091ft2 to 12,062ft2 and are available to purchase or to lease. Further to that, each unit has been built to an exceptional quality and boasts an impressive specification.
FHP Property Consultants have been working alongside joint agents, Knight Frank, and are pleased to confirm that all units are now under offer with 50% having already exchanged contracts. The units will be ready for occupation in July 2024.
