FHP Property Consultants are delighted to have placed several more properties under offer in the sub 5,000 ft² industrial sector this month.

Amber Business Centre has been at the heart of the lettings with units 15.4 and 17.7 being the most recent to have completed. This estate is a popular and well-established distribution and manufacturing estate located in Riddings, Alfreton. It is easily accessible to the A38 and A610 dual carriageways and thereby Junctions 26, 27 and 28 of the M1.
