West Hallam Industrial Estate covers 118 acres and includes over 100 buildings totalling some 1.28 million square feet. The estate is situated in Derbyshire, 7 miles north east of Derby and 10 miles west of Nottingham.

The industrial estate comprises a variety of buildings from former military Romney huts to 150,000ft² storage and distribution units.
