What’s it worth?

A simple question, but the answer is not always that straight forward.  A single figure, a range of figures, figures upon different assumptions, condensed marketing period, tenants in situ, planning position, repairs needed, use restrictions, flood plain, etc, etc.  It’s not just a finger in the air job, which is why you generally won’t and shouldn’t get a quick there and then figure.  All factors should be taken into consideration and relevant comparable evidence applied.

At FHP we do valuations for all sorts of purposes, be it financial accounts, pension fund, probate, loan security, taxation, Charities Act and the like.  Our regulated valuations are undertaken from start to finish by a suitably experienced and qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) accredited under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.

We have the benefit of being able to draw upon the extensive experience and market evidence of our office, industrial, retail, leisure and land agency teams who are award winners in their own right, consistently concluding more transactions in the region than any other firm.  Only after considered analysis of this evidence do we supply reasoned valuation figures presented openly and clearly which enables our clients to make informed well-judged decisions.
