Pentagon House has been at the epicentre for office lettings in Derby over the past 12 months. Earlier in the year we announced some 21,500ft2 had been let in three separate deals. We are now pleased to report that a further 8,592ft2 has completed bringing two new tenants into the building which now achieves full occupancy.
