CONSTRUCTION NEARING COMPLETION AT DOVE WAY, UTTOXETER

Ashbourne based developers PMW Property, are speculatively building two new high specification industrial and logistics units at Dove Way, Uttoxeter.  The units range from 33,843ft² to 109,345ft² and are nearing completion with the larger of the two being ready for occupation in October with practical completion estimated for the smaller unit in December.

Situated on the A50, Dove Way, Uttoxeter is positioned between Burton-on-Trent and Stoke-on-Trent and comprises a new two unit development providing high quality industrial/logistics warehouses.  Dove Way provides direct access to the centre of Uttoxeter and the M6 (J16) is within 20 miles and the M1 (J24) is within 26 miles.

The units boast an excellent specification with minimum 10/12 metre eaves, dock and access level loading doors, floor slab load of 50kn M2, 15% roof lights and a glazed entranceway.  In terms of ESG credentials, the developer is targeting an excellent BREEAM rating.  Both units are available to purchase or rent.

The scheme is being jointly marketed by FHP Property Consultants and Salloway Property Consultants.
