Industrial/Warehouse News
Dove Valley Park is a major 200 acre industrial/distribution development situated on the A50 corridor and is already home to a number of blue-chip companies. The 200-acre development has planning consent for up to 2.3 million ft2 and is situated in the centre of one of the country’s most important manufacturing areas.
The A50 corridor is a primary east-west route within the Midlands linking Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire to Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and the North-West.
Current occupiers on the site include JCB, GXO, Futaba, Top Hat, Truma and MEG Group.
Darran Severn, Director at FHP Property Consultants commented:
“Dove Valley Park is a hidden gem, but the quality of occupier shows what a great spot it is. Its success has in part been due to its accessible location between the M6 and M1 motorways, but it also offers an excellent base to recruit a wide range of skilled labour from the surrounding towns and cities of Derby, Burton on Trent, Stoke on Trent and Uttoxeter. The park is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and has direct access to the A50 to the East and West.
There are a number of leasehold and freehold opportunities remaining at Dove Valley Park that are available on a design and build basis from 32,130ft2 to 124,000ft2 plus existing new build units of 113,053ft², 152,466ft² and 195,679ft², which are available for immediate occupation. We really do have something for every type of occupier at Dove Valley Park”.
A launch event is being held on Thursday 23rd May 2024 to showcase the newly built units. If any prospective occupiers would like to join us on the day for a tour of the buildings and site, then please get in touch.
