Acting on behalf of private clients, Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants is pleased to confirm the letting of Unit 8 Newmarket Court, Ascot Drive, Derby. The property comprises 2,873ft² of modern warehouse accommodation situated in a prime position on Ascot Drive.

The premises have been let to local charity Community Action Derby.
