This deal was agreed and completed in a very short timeframe, demonstrating the high levels of interest we are currently seeing in today’s market for units in this size bracket. We received an exceptional number of enquiries for this unit and believe that there is a real demand out there currently for good quality industrial space within Ilkeston and surrounding areas.
This unit proved to be a perfect fit for Whytemount Civils Ltd who were formed in 2015 and specialise in all forms of contracting as well as sewerage infrastructure, groundworks, civil engineering and specific works for the power sector.
