Retail News
FHP are pleased to have represented the landlord on the latest letting within the Ryemarket Shopping Centre.
Unit 27 has been taken by Crested Schoolwear who run a successful multiple site business across the West Midlands and have chosen Stourbridge as their latest market to enter.
Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, commented:
‘’Crested Schoolwear was established in 2005 and currently serves over 400 schools, having 6 town centre stores across the region.
Kelvin and his team were a pleasure to deal with on their latest store acquisition in Stourbridge and we were delighted to represent the landlord in this transaction. Crested Schoolwear is a great addition to the Ryemarket Shopping Centre which with one remaining void unit and footfall rising on a weakly basis is certainly bucking the regional trend for town centre retail schemes and we are delighted to be part of Ryemarket’s continued success.’’
For leasing enquiries, please contact Doug Tweedie, at FHP Property Consultants or Harvey Pearson/Jack Summers of Hexagon Commercial.
