CREATIVE QUARTER OFFICE BUILDING REACHES FULL CAPACITY

A multi occupied office building at Nottingham’s Broadway in the Creative Quarter will soon be at full capacity, after FHP secured TV company Dynomite Productions, to take up one of the last remaining suites, acting on behalf of Spenbeck.

Having outgrown their existing out of town offices and looking for new premises for some time, Dynomite chose this 768ft² top floor former show suite, which stood out for its quality fit out, central location and stunning views over the City. Dynomite will now be working amongst likeminded creative businesses, such as Juno Media and Kind who also let their offices from FHP.

The suite is in one of the Lace Market’s landmark buildings, designed by Richard Birkin in the mid-19^th Century where the space works particularly well for those in the creative industry, with stylish modern specifications, versatile use for the spaces and enviable views of the city, especially apparent in this third floor office.

Since Dynomite chose their suite, the last remaining office has been put under offer taking the building to full capacity which is great news for the local area and thriving creative industries, resonating that the Creative Quarter initiative was an inspired response to the needs of the City.
