FHP are delighted to confirm their third letting in Leamington Spa in quick succession, with the letting of 102 The Parade to international dessert brand, Heavenly Desserts.

The business, which operates over 50 sites across the UK and Canada are famed for their beautiful shop fits and incredible products, and we wish the franchisee the best of success.

The letting was part of a wider redevelopment of the building, having repurposed the upper floors for a residential conversion.

Leamington Spa continues to buck the regional trend, continuing to attract quality occupiers and maintain a low vacancy rate.
