FHP Property Consultants have recently concluded the sale of a 10,000 sq ft office development at Chelsea Court in the Basford area of Nottingham.
The property comprises four separate self-contained office buildings which have previously been used for a mixture of office and education purposes. The property has been recently purchased by Chelsea Court Developments Limited who intend to undertake an apartment scheme on the site.
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants who concluded the sale on behalf of the vendors commented:
“We continue to see this trend of conversion of office buildings to residential throughout Nottingham, not only have we concluded various sales in Nottingham City Centre but now residential development is becoming viable on the fringes of the city where we have recently concluded a number of sales including the recent sale of a 7,000 sq ft building on Pelham Road. Appetite for this type of development shows little sign of abating and I expect this trend to continue well into 2017, I wish the new owners every success with this new development”.
