FHP are delighted to confirm that they have advised CEG on the purchase of Nottingham’s largest office complex, City Gate, in the heart of Central Nottingham.
FHP have advised CEG on a number of strategic buys in the East Midlands, this being the largest purchase – the 176,000ft² complex being one of Nottingham’s landmark buildings.
For so long City Gate has been regarded as secondary office accommodation. The acquisition by CEG will transform the building into an up to date modern place to work as opposed to a traditional office building.
The refurbishment plans will completely remodel the building over the next few years.
