Castlebridge Office Village is one of Nottingham’s success stories in the office sector over the past two years demonstrating the results that a quality refurbishment and proactive asset management strategy can have in proving sustained demand within the office sector within Nottingham.

Built in the late 1980s Castlebridge provides a 16 unit office campus of some 36,000ft² in Castle Marina on the fringe of the Nottingham City Centre.

The campus became the HQ of Dollar Finance who occupied all but two of the units up until two years ago, vacating all of the properties on a phased basis.

Active refurbishment providing Grade A offices to a high standard and attention to detail with the landscaping and common areas has transformed Castlebridge which is now 100% let following the final unit being occupied by MYA Clinics – Unit 5 and 6, a self contained building of 2,185ft².

The entire refurbishment and asset management strategy was coordinated by FHP’s Agency and Management Teams who again in 2018 were recognised as the most active agents within the office sector within this region.
