Acting on behalf of Langham Park Developments, Tim Gilberston of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor in conjunction with joint agents NG Nattrass Giles and Salloways has completed the letting of the last unit in the small office development.

The office has been let on a ten year lease without break to expanding local company Mobifon to enable their plan to grow and expand in the area.

The deal concluded sees the disposal of the final unit on the site after previous success with Langham Park onwardly looking for new industrial and office opportunities throughout the region.

Tim Gilbertson who dealt with the letting commented:
