Acting on behalf of Cardzone Ltd, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has negotiated a new lease of Unit 30 Merrion Centre, Leeds for a term of 10 years at a commencing rent of £33,500 per annum subject to rent free incentives.
The unit occupies a central location within the main mall of the Merrion Centre which is anchored by a Morrisons supermarket and contains ground floor sales of 655ft² together with remote basement storage of 314ft².
