CARDZONE ACQUIRE A FLAGSHIP STORE IN WESTFIELD DERBY

Cardzone Ltd trading as Paper Kisses has acquired a flagship unit in Westfield Derby to bring their total number of branches to 20 stores as part of their continuing expansion programme throughout the East Midlands and Yorkshire regions.

Mark Bradley of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted for Cardzone who have acquired Unit SU129 on the lower mall comprising a ground floor sales area of 1175ft² on a 10 year lease at a rental of £50,000 per annum.

Mark Bradley commented:-

“This store will act as a springboard for further acquisitions within major shopping centres and demonstrate to landlords the quality of our client’s shop fitting and operation.

Cardzone has acquired 10 new units since April 2008 and we have four others in solicitors hands.  They have a requirement for additional branches within a 50 mile radius of Nottingham between 500 – 1,500ft² including some temporary Christmas lettings.”
