For many years industrial and warehouse units of all shapes and sizes south of Nottingham have been a sought after commodity, with so few industrial estates in existence south of the City and with many company owners living in this region.  Additionally, the hugely improved transport links in recent times as a result of the recent dualling of the A46, providing a quick north south link, have made the location even more attractive.

Whilst many surveyors view agency as putting up a board and waiting for enquiries to come, I always try and take the opposite approach by speaking with any party in the market to understand fully their requirement, such that as and when new property instructions are received I can hopefully quickly marry potential buyers with their dream destination.

This was certainly the case this time around and I was delighted to see the sale to TLA Distribution conclude, particularly as they have been a pleasure to deal with throughout.
