Clowes Developments Ashby site, Ivanhoe Business Park, has seen huge activity already in 2016 with deals agreed and five buildings under construction for owner occupiers. One of these is the development of a state of the art warehouse for Tame Logistics and despite work starting on site only a few weeks ago, already the building is coming close to being wind and watertight.
