FHP’s Commercial Property Management team have been appointed by Gesamt Anstalt to provide Property Management administration and Facilities Management services for their portfolio of retail properties in Wigston, Leicester as well as their trade counter in Plymouth.
The portfolio comprises a mixture of retail units including tenants such as Iceland, RSPCA & Menphy’s as well as a trade counter in Plymouth let to BSS Group.
Sian Cawthorne, Associate Director within the Property Management department at FHP Property Consultants said “we look forward to working with the landlord on this portfolio and to try and provide a strategic approach to the asset management.”
