FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce that Mairéad Gethings and Chris Proctor have passed their Assessment of Professional Competence and are now professionally qualified Chartered Surveyors.
Mairéad Gethings, who previously graduated from NTU with a Distinction in MSc Real Estate, works within the Professional Services team at FHP giving bespoke advice on business rates and landlord and tenant matters. Commenting on her new qualification, Mairéad said:
“I am pleased that my hard work over the last few years has been recognised by the RICS and I am delighted to have the world-renowned MRICS status. The RICS APC is an undoubtably hard chartership programme and I am very grateful to all those that have assisted me throughout. I am now looking forward to the next stage of my career as a Chartered Surveyor and to continuing the development and success of the Professional Department at FHP”.
Chris Proctor graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 1st Class Honours in Real Estate and joined the Office & Industrial agency team at FHP. Chris commented on the result:
“Becoming Chartered has been a real focus of mine, the qualification provides me with a platform to continue and develop my client base and offer the highest standard of service to the industry. A massive thanks to FHP & Nottingham Trent for their support in achieving MRICS status”.
The successes of Chris and Mairéad follow the appointment of Liam Egan MRICS as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2019.
