Betfred have added another branch to their stable of betting shops with the acquisition of 141 High Street, Kings Heath, Birmingham.

The ground floor only premises occupy a prominent corner location within the prime retail pitch containing a sales area of approximately 958ft².

A lease for a term of 10 years was taken at a rental of £47,500 per annum.

Mark Bradley of FHP who represented Betfred, commented:-

“The property was identified following a recent visit to Birmingham with the deal being successfully secured in a competitive bids situation with another major bookmaker.  Contracts were exchanged very quickly within a matter of days and the lease was completed following receipt of A2 planning consent and a betting licence.”

 

Betfred’s nationwide expansion programme continues and they now trade from 843 branches.
