The latest deal sees expanding locally based company, Health Safety & Engineering Consultants Limited relocate from their former base in Ashby to modern purpose built office accommodation on the fringe of the town in a prime location within minutes access of the M42. Yet another successful deal on the park now leaves us merely with one existing office available immediately of approximately 4,500ft².

However, with plenty of land and numerous ongoing discussions at present to offer design and build solutions for both office, industrial and warehouse operators on the remainder of the site, further deals are expected shortly.
