FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce the recent letting of Unit 13.6 Amber Business Centre in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

WM Tints have signed a new 3 year lease on 624ft².

“WM Tints had been looking for a small warehouse for some time having just missed out on a couple of others. Knowing this unit was about to become vacant meant we could secure this letting with a minimal void period for our clients. Overall this benefitted all parties involved.

The success at Amber Business Centre is underpinned by the flexibility of the estate and tenants have the option to grow in to larger units if and when available.”

In the last 18 months FHP Property consultants have successfully completed on average one letting per month totaling over 100,000ft².
