Such is the popularity of the Amber Business Centre that FHP Property Consultants have completed the letting of another warehouse unit within just 10 days of the first viewing.

Unit 15.1 totalling 113 sq m (1,212 sq ft) has been let to Bonkers furniture, a local company who specialise in luxury furniture at discount prices. Despite usually seeing slowed activity in the run up to Christmas, once hearing of this vacant unit in the much sought after location, Bonkers moved quickly from their base in Somercotes.

The Estate offers a range of light industrial/warehouse units which are proving very popular with local industrial occupiers because of their close proximity to the A38 and Junction 28 of the M1.
