AMBER BUSINESS CENTRE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP

The highly successful Amber Business Centre in Riddings, Alfreton has recently been acquired by Commercial Estates Group, a specialist property management investment and development company.

Established in 1989, the company has expanded and now has 89 sites with over 652 occupiers and a national presence. Amber Business Centre can cater for a range of business needs and occupiers with start-up business units of 624 sq ft up to established tenants with units of circa 25,500 sq ft also available.
