FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce further success at West Way on the popular Cotes Park Industrial Estate in Alfreton.

The site was acquired in early 2014 by PMW Developments, who undertook a programme of refurbishment. At an early stage they secured Permaroof UK Ltd who took a lease on the first unit totalling 23,801 ft². Permaroof relocated from smaller premises of around 9,000 ft² on Venture Crescent, which were subsequently sold by FHP.

Units 2 and 3 at West Way totalling some 43,628 ft² have recently been let to Strata Products resulting in full occupancy of the existing building.

PMW Property Developments have also now obtained planning permission for a new industrial/warehouse building of circa 30,000 ft² on the site. This is capable of subdivision into smaller units if needed.

Tim Richardson of FHP comments: “Our clients are proposing to speculatively construct this building which will have an eaves height of 8m, 6 level access doors and good quality offices. The building will be made available on either a freehold or leasehold basis”
