ALL FOUR UNITS SOLD AT CHARNWOOD TRADE PARK, LOUGHBOROUGH

On behalf of retained clients, Brackley Property Developments Limited, FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce that all four trade counter units at Charnwood Trade Park, Loughborough have been sold upon practical completion of the scheme.

The scheme comprised of four units, two of 2,000ft² and two of 2,500ft² totalling 9,000ft² speculatively developed by Brackley Property Developments.  Prior to practical completion all four units were under offer and have since now completed sales to A&A Electrical Services Limited (Unit 1), Private Investors (Unit 2) and Hoyes Roofing (Units 3 and 4).
