Following an extensive marketing campaign, offers were invited from interested parties and terms agreed for Advance Auto Recovery to purchase the premises. The property comprises 2 industrial buildings totaling 6,421ft² on 0.75 acres, having a guide price of £600,000 and for many years was previously the home of AC Generators.
