On behalf of long term clients, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has recently acquired a major industrial/warehouse unit on Glaisdale Parkway in Nottingham.

Held on a long term lease to Agilitas IT Solutions Limited, Tim Gilbertson introduced and advised Stagecoach on their acquisition of the investment.

Offering high calibre warehouse/production space on one of Nottingham’s best estates, the deal was swiftly concluded and should provide the purchasers with long term income and an excellent property.
