ACQUIRED – FHP ADVISE FALCON PANEL PRODUCTS ON THE ACQUISITION OF 35,000FT² OF DISTRIBUTION SPACE IN HIGH WYCOMBE

Tim Gilbertson has just completed the acquisition of 35,000ft² of superb distribution space just off the M40 at High Wycombe for long term clients Falcon Panel Products.  

This is the fifth acquisition he has completed for Falcon over the last few years as their business and brand goes from strength to strength.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“Over the last few years I have acquired various bases around the country for Falcon Panel Products to facilitate their ongoing business success and expansion.  The latest acquisition of 35,000ft² in High Wycombe will enable them to expand still further their customer base and provide even better service to their existing loyal clients.

This was a particularly challenging acquisition given the market dynamics with good levels of demand and very little supply in the region but as always with these things effort pays off and eventually after any number of searches an appropriate property was found, terms agreed and a deal secured.

Falcon are the UK’s leading wood based panel product importer, distributor and solutions specialist and it is great to play a small part in their continuing success and expansion.

I very much look forward to advising them further on future acquisitions and with this base now being the fifth I have helped to find for them and with the strong team we have in place hopefully we can replicate this process in the near future elsewhere in the UK.
