ACQUIRED FOR ROTHERHILL DEVELOPMENTS – 8,000FT² PURCHASED ON 1 ACRE SITE

An industrial unit in Nottinghamshire has been acquired by Tim Gilbertson on behalf of Rotherhill Developments.  The unit was marketed by Rob Haigh of Lambert Smith Hampton.

Tim Gilbertson, Director of FHP acted on behalf of long term clients Rotherhill in swiftly identifying the opportunity and concluding the purchase.  He commented:

“This was a rare opportunity to purchase a standalone unit with a substantial and secure yard, ideally situated for access the M1 motorway”.

The acquisition was overseen by Ed Jeffery, development manager at Rotherhill.  Ed commented:

“This is a strategic purchase providing a number of opportunities which we are currently progressing.  The property has required clearance and partial demolition ahead of refurbishment, with further expansion being considered.  Full details to be announced in the near future, but our thanks to all parties involved and to Tim in particular for bringing this to our attention.”
