Viking Business Centre is a popular industrial/warehouse estate situated off the A511 High Street, Woodville, Derbyshire. The estate comprises two terraces of small industrial/warehouse units, with all units benefiting from good loading and parking facilities.

Units 3 and 6, totalling 3,159ft², have been let to ASA Cycles and Almex Engineering, both of whom chose the estate for its location.
