In December 2022 FHP completed on the letting of Unit 2, Albert Martin Business Park, Kirkby Road, Sutton in Ashfield to Crytec Limited.
The unit comprised 13,702ft² of simple, cost effective, warehousing/manufacturing space close to Junction 28 of the M1.
