New units near completion at Victory Park

Construction commenced earlier in the year on the final phase of the successful Victory Park development, which is situated next door to the Rolls-Royce civil aerospace campus in Derby.
Two units are now nearing completion. Unit 14 of 13,500ft² is a bespoke-build for Scitek Consultants, who are relocating there as part of their expansion within the City.

Huge steps forward at Cardinal Square

Following extensive refurbishment, upgrade and opening of the Flexibase Business Centre, Cardinal Square is firmly on the map as the place to be, with a flurry of lettings over recent months.
Bulkhead Interactive, gaming software programmers, have taken a floor of 6,500ft² as part of their expansion, whilst MWH Treatment have also committed to a long-term future in the building, renewing their lease for a further 7 years.

Following completion of the new-build industrial development at Crown Park, we are pleased to announce the first two units have been sold. The first unit has been purchased for occupation by Sunset VW as part of their expansion. The second unit has been let to Screwfix and simultaneously sold to a local investor.
